Refunds or payment-schedule adjustments follow the terms of each project contract. If work has not started as agreed, our team will review refunds case by case under those terms.

If you were charged twice or encountered a technical issue while paying, please contact us via the contact page or the company LINE / phone channels with your payment proof. We will investigate promptly.

3. Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order or booking and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the request due to unforeseen circumstances.
